Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 14 July 2025
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs transactions conducted on the platform Share Sampatti, operated by Planning Earth Private Limited, having its registered office in Mohali, Punjab, India.
By using the platform and purchasing tokens, users agree to this Policy in full.
1. Finality of Token Purchases
All purchases of tokens representing fractional real estate ownership through the Share Sampatti platform are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment is successfully processed and tokens are allocated to the user’s account, no cancellation or refund request will be entertained except under the conditions stated in Section 2.
2. Exceptions for Refund
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
● Duplicate or multiple payments made for the same transaction
● Failure of token allocation due to a technical error
● Payment processed despite a failed KYC or verification check
In such cases, users must contact our support team within 72 hours of the transaction, providing all necessary payment details.
Our team will investigate and, if eligible, the refund will be processed to the original source of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Token Resale is Not a Refund
Users may exit their investment by selling tokens through the platform’s resale or buyback feature (when available).
Please note:
● This process is not a refund from the Company.
● Payment to the seller is made only upon successful resale to another investor.
● The resale depends on market demand, buyer availability, and platform rules.
● The Company does not guarantee resale timelines or resale price.
4. No Refund Due to Change of Mind
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
● User changes mind after token purchase
● Dissatisfaction with projected or actual returns
● Delay in resale or exit due to market illiquidity Users are advised to review all information, risk disclosures, and investment details prior to making a transaction.

The Company reserves the right to cancel a transaction or token allocation under the following conditions:
● User fails or provides false KYC/bank information
● The transaction violates Terms & Conditions or legal norms
● Technical, regulatory, or fraud-related issues are identified
In such cases, the transaction may be reversed, and any collected funds will be refunded after necessary verifications.
If a refund is approved under Section 2, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the same account or wallet used for the original transaction.
7. No Chargeback Policy
Users agree not to raise chargebacks or disputes with their bank or payment provider without first contacting Share Sampatti support.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension, withholding of payouts, and legal action

By using the Share Sampatti platform, users acknowledge and agree that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy, along with the Terms & Conditions, Risk Disclaimer, and Investor Agreement.
