4. Special Note on SPVs
Each property listed on Share Sampatti is held by a separate Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) incorporated by Planning Earth Private Limited. When you invest, your name, investment amount, and token details may be recorded both on the Platform and in the legal books of the SPV, as required by corporate compliance and auditing standards. These records are not public but may be disclosed to regulators or statutory auditors.
